When Xperias IV and V come out of the current beta testing, will we have to flash them again with new Sony blobs?
Or blobs will stay the same, just with some correction?

Yes you have to reflash new Sony blobs, because the currently broken features are rooted in those blobs being borked, and you won’t get them working without proper blobs in your phone. I’m confident you don’t have to reflash your SFOS partitions, and normal OTA update will be enough, so you get to keep all your files and settings.
