OS VERSION: 5.0.0.55, 5.0.0.61
HARDWARE: Sony Xperia 10 III
UI LANGUAGE: Finnish (not relevant)
REGRESSION: Yes, before Sailfish 5.0.0.55 no issue at all
DESCRIPTION:
After updating to Sailfish 5.0.0.55 I started to receive complaints about my audio lagging behind the video in Telegram video calls. The issue doesn’t seem to happen immediately after starting the video call but after a few seconds or minute. The issue reproduces at least when using speaker in video call.
In addition, I cannot reproduce this issue on WhatsApp video calls so seems to be limited to Telegram only.
PRECONDITIONS:
Android App Support installed and running. Android Telegram installed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Open Telegram
Start or receive video call
Put on the speaker from video call settings
After some time the audio should start lagging behind the video
EXPECTED RESULT:
The audio and video should remain somewhat in sync throughout the video call.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The audio starts lagging behind the video after some time, and the issue doesn’t resolve by itself.

Have you tried it? I don’t even have the option to call video on Telegram X.
I have done studies on:
Yottagram - No video call option
Telegram X - No video call option
Forkclient - Works really bad overall (Broken?)
Mercurygram - Video call available, but it doesn’t connect
Telegram official - Works, but lags horrible after 20 secs
Since I need to video family and such, I also did try Whisperfish. That app is of no use for me at all.
Whatsapp works, but the volume on Jolla C2 device is being reduced to 5% on speaker after 10 seconds. No go there either
