[5.0.0.71] Audio output goes through speaker instead of connected wired headphones

HARDWARE: Sony Xperia 10 III - xqbt52 - xqbt52 - 1.0.1.47 - aarch64
UI LANGUAGE: English (US) (user: en_US, os: en_US.utf8)
REGRESSION: yes (since: other - aarch64)

DESCRIPTION:

After the update audio output switching from speakers to wired headphones doesn’t work properly. Sound still goes through speakers instead of headphones

PRECONDITIONS:

Wired headphones are required

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Play any audio without connected headphones
  2. Connect headphones
  3. Try to play any sound via media/gpodder app

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Audio output switches to wired headphones after connecting them

ACTUAL RESULTS:

Did you tried to open Settings and search for Utilities?

Hey man.
Open Settings - Utilities. There you’ll find Audio section. Just tap Restart button and voila, audio subsystem is restarted. Hopefully, it will help
