[4.6.0] No longer getting 4g while roaming after reflash from failed 4.6 update

DESCRIPTION:

4.6.0 update failed, after reflashing 4.5.0.25 there was at first no network at all, updated to 4.6.0 over wifi, now can’t get 4g working, 3.5 is max and sometimes getting droppes to 2g on DNA, is my phone missing some config options from home network that need to be delivered not over roaming???

PRECONDITIONS:

Bricked 4.6 update while abroad

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1)Brick your XIII while updating to 4.6
2)Reflash with 4.5
3)Update to 4.6

EXPECTED RESULT:

4g connectivity

ACTUAL RESULT:

No 4g connectivity

MODIFICATIONS:

Fresh flash abroad

There are missing informations under the section preconditions. Which provider do you use? DNA? Where did you try roaming? Can you provide oFono logs?

Was getting 4g reliably since getting to finland on Sunday mostly on Telia, now Telia never reaches 4g, hopefully will get fixed by coming back to my home country in 24h, but how will I be able to tellia

Same here. Bricked phone after updating abroad. You would expect that a fail update would rollback, but nooo…not at Jolla.

I don’t get your point. You accepted to install an Early Access update. Where is the problem? (no need to answer, it’s a rhetoric question)
