I’m suffering the same symptoms. Same environment except English and I don’t have Patchmanager installed.

I have the same problem. XA2, Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard working fine in SailfishOS but no input in Android apps. In Android apps, the software keyboard is not shown (as if a hardware keyboard is active) but no characters are sent - except for some special keys like “Enter”, "Vol-UP, “Vol-DOWN”, “Back” or “Home”.
My Phone runs SailfishOS 4.6.0.13 and emulated Android 11 (API level 30, Patchlevel 12/5/2023)
This is annoying.
