Does anyone have an idea how to fix that?

Cheers,

I think this is the same problem (albeit not identical in description) as myself and others have posted about; Android app crashes when started from app grid but not when it is started from Android™ settings

See if you can start/open the app from within Android Settings as I have described in my linked post.

Hi @Edz , thanks for your reply!
Unfortunately, the Android settings workaround does not work in this case… :frowning:

App Update to 2.2.1 doesn’t change anything. App is still not working (is not starting). Is any patch / fix on Sailfish side planed? Would be nice to get any information about the situation.

BYD crashes on the upcoming 4.6.0 release (following 4.6.0.13), too, be it opened from the app grid or Android settings.

@jovirkku and Sailfish dev team
Still broken with the newest Sailfish OS Version 4.6.0.15. Could you please take a look into this issue?

App updated to Version 2.4.0 still not working with Sailfish OS 4.6.0.15!
