4.5 android app support restart itself in a loop

DESCRIPTION:

android app support restart itself in a loop.
I uninstalled it via jolla store. Rebooted
Reinstalled it via jolla store. Rebooted
But the problem persists :confused:
Any idea, should I open a specific thread

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. start the phone
  2. android app support starts
  3. adnroid app support keeps restarting

EXPECTED RESULT:

Andoird app support sould stay started

ACTUAL RESULT:

android app supports restarts itself

I was going to answer you in the other topic, but I just came across this bug report of yours.

I have no idea, if this still will solve your problem, but did you try these methods? The clean way of uninstalling AAS and the brutal way. At least they are worth the shot :smiley:

thanks for your feedback ! I uninstalled here wego and a few others, some signal notifications came up.
Since then, the android app support stopped restarting. Not sure which uninstall did resolve the issue.
