On my X10 III, after update there are some apps not available or gone.
For example F-Droid store. Harbor says, that it is installed, but there is no icon to start.
My banking app is also not available and AuroraStore. Maybe there are more.
Android apps take a while to show up, make sure to start appsupport if you don’t have it set to autostart

Now, after hours, the applications are back on screen.
After the update from 4.4.0.72 → 4.5.0.16 I also lost all Android apps. How long did you wait? In Settings->Android App Support I can see a busy progress cycle? Is this normal?
Yes, while jolla assumed 10-20sec it took me couple of minutes, others report even longer times
