STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- download the telegram apk from telegram’s websitz
- call a friend while on wifi
EXPECTED RESULT:
call working
ACTUAL RESULT:
stuck on ‘connecting’… But workds perfect on cellular (4g/3g…)
