Is this an issue nobody cares? Or is it no issue?

But nice, I got an anniversary badged for it. I do not need that badged and give it to Jolla.

Why are you double posting? You could’ve updated the original topic.

Thanks, I think it is better to keep discussion on the original report if possible. @jolladiho, if there’s new info here that’s crucial to keep and can’t be transferred over, let me know and I can unhide your original post.

I would prefer to continue using this report, because I had accidentally uploaded a log with a custom kernel on the old report. It happens, because I tested with a kernel compiled by myself to check if it has that issue too. I thought that could be the reason nobody takes care of the bug.

And there was no discussion to keep. That’s why I did a link back to the old report. Please unhide this and hide the old one. That makes morde sence to me. Thanks

This is now the case.

Thank you very much. Much discussion misses the mark.

The problem still exists with version 4.3.0.12.

If there are no plans to solve the problem, then I can stop reporting about it here. Please reply.

how can I update the original topic?

I do not find an edit and would like to tag it for 4.3.0.12.

Due to the wisdom of Discourse (and obeyed by Jolla) you can only edit your posts for a short time.

But title and tags should be possible? Or even that is not allowed for ‘normal members’?
Did it for you.

What actually is the expectation here?

AFAIK there is only that one Gemini kernel image so SFOS releases won’t change anything right?

I don’t quite understand the question. It is a bug report for an officially supported device from Jolla. Normally, bugs are fixed when they become known. Otherwise, the cathegory “bugreport” should be removed from the forum if it is not known what the user expects afterwards.

I’m not reporting it just for fun. If it will never be fixed, then it can be reported here and I save the effort of reporting it again on the next release.
