Application does not start anymore when canceling permissions. Reboot is needed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
After fresh update to 4.0.1.45 when first starting e. g. calendar
- open calendar app
- cancel permissions dialog
- open calendar app again
EXPECTED RESULT:
App opens with permission dialog
ACTUAL RESULT:
App does not start anymore
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You need to reboot the device to be able to start calendar again (with the permission dialog)
