I dont know if others have noticed (or Jolla) but…
I reflashed twice.
Once an old 3.2.x.x, and upgraded with ‘Sailfish Updates’, up to the current 4.5.0.24 version. On this version, bluetooth never -not even once- turned on without restarting(twice or more) from Utilities.
Second time, reflashed directly 4.5.x.x(1 small 50mb update to 4.5.0.24)… Bluetooth worked everytime without ever restarting from Utilities.
Note: For some reason, using the patch ‘Restart BT in SF Utilities’ that adds restarting bluetooth to ‘Network’ restart, worked better(for me anyways) than the dedicated option implemented by Jolla
