Xperia 10 III, No Telephony after update from 4.0.6.15 to 5.0.0.55

HARDWARE: Xperia 10 III - xqbt52 - xqbt52 - 1.0.1.14 - aarch64
UI LANGUAGE: Deutsch (user: de_DE, os: de_DE.utf8)
REGRESSION: yes (since: 4.6.0.13 - aarch64)

DESCRIPTION:

Update on Xperia 10 III went fine without any error during the update process. After the update I’m not able to dial any telephone number.

If I call my number from other mobile I get busy ringtone only.
Mobile network is working well.
VoLTE is enabled.
When I disable VoLTE the result is the same.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Update to 5.0.0.55
  2. Try to make a call

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Telephony is working

ACTUAL RESULTS:

Telephony is not possible, no outgoing or incoming call is working.

Gd morning!

Had various issues after updating to 5.0 on my Xperia 10 iii (mobile data not working randomly, battery drain, telephony not working with volte).

After backing up on 5.0, I flashed Android 13 with EMMA (yes, tried 13 to see what the result would be), flashed 4.6 and, before doing any setups and installations, directly updated to 5.0.

Now I have a perfectly operating xperia 10 iii with absolutely no problem whatsoever (at least up to now).

All sorts of telephony and mobile data work fine on my Xperia 10 iii with 5.0.0.55

Also for me no problem so far with 5.0.0.55 on Xperia 10 III.

I have encountered the same problem.
Reinstalled voicecall-* packages, nothing has changed.

The behavior seems to reproduce issue happened when updating to 4.5 Cannot call or receive calls after upgrade to 4.5.0.19

The problem on mu Xperia seems to be related to personalringtones package.
I have uninstalled it and calling is working again.

For me, this problem is solved.
