Do you have a copy of the rpm?
Even the new Bluez package didn’t help, checking the version momentarily…
Hey nerd7473, whats the issue your facing?
When you try to connect your device to your phone does the UI get stuck when connecting?
Yes, and it also seemingly disables and re-enables bluetooth when pairing.
My Phone’s MAC Address is shown to my Huawei Watch…
Problem with Pairing is a common dialog for me, and even with clearing the cache, nothing seems to work… Any way to re-install and set Bluetooth to defaults?
The fixed BlueZ 5 version was released in a Sailfish OS update (can’t bother to dig the exact release), but I have now this working for me:
- Sony Xperia 10 II
- Sailfish OS 4.3.0.15
- LG G Watch R (Lenok)
- Starship 1.0
Is the connection now working for you? If it is, please consider marking the thread as solved. Thanks!
For me on xa2 ultra with 4.3.0.15 and starship 1.0 my sturgeon watch can not be connected
I tried to connect my Lenok with my XA2 Ultra, without success. I mean, I could pair the device without (obvious) crash, but Starship still didn’t find the watch, unlike with X10II. Needs more investigating…
that’s what I observe as well, in bluetooth settings the watch is shown as connected, but starship says no devices found.
