Looking at it is called Jolla 2, I suppose that it is going to have locked bootloader as Jolla 1. Other wise it will be C3.

I already know it’s pointless, just after reading something like that. It’s not only an Android term, bootloader protection, safe environment, trust zone, and so one, all this things are security features supported by modern hardware, I assume any mature OS supports it and that means bootloader should be locked for default. And the question in main topic asks for possiblity of turning this thing off to get full control over device for any reason. So if you don’t know the answer it’s ok, I can wait for update from someone else which knows technical details.
