On 28th of June 2025 I bought Sailfish OS.
Accordin to Jolla regulation, I shoud under the point 4 look for my phone, Xperia™ 10 V, variant XQ-DC54, and then download the related software.
Unfortunatly, on Jolla page in Jolla Shop, there is no such a solution.
As You can see, there is no posibility to download Sailfish X for Sony Xperia 10 V.
I would realy need Your support and clarification about this metter.

It is not matter where can I download image Sailfish OS for Sony Xperia 10V, but it is THE MATTER that I purchased Sailfish OS for 24.90€ on date 28th of June 2025 because of your suggestion under paragraph 1. to do that.
As I can see, you deceived me. You are selling something that you don’t have!!!
In the store, add the Free Trial for supported devices to your account and after that you should be able to download Xperia 10 IV and V images.
This says absolutely nothing about what your thread actually is about, other than the phone model. I’d have changed the topic similarly. If “problem with” would be descriptive enough, half the threads here would be named that.
And your whole first post is about “where can i download” - not one mention of license confusion, so a very fair renaming.

So Jolla made a copy-paste error from the other tutorials to this one.
I’m pretty sure you will get a refund is you ask for it.
But what i said is still also true - the shop is fairly clear that it is a license for legacy devices you are buying.
