To be fair, using Hotsync for multiple devices (say, Palm, laptop and desktop PC) was problematic.

Yes, though I found J-Pilot sync to be fine with PC, Laptop and Treo when the device ID & user were set correctly on all devices.

From a first look, YunoHost looks very promising.

In my experience, having more than one PC made Hotsync run in slow mode. It normally worked, but took its time.

Wish you success with whatever solution you pick, Yunohost, Radicale or something else entirely!

For contacts and calendar I use a self-hosted radicale server, though.
