Restarting the network WiFi tethering fails to raise up but WLAN instead

DESCRIPTION:

Restarting the network service by systemctl, airplane mode on/off or by SailFish Utilities brings to the same result: the WiFi tethering which was enabled and working does not rise up but WLAN is going to be activated.

PRECONDITIONS:

The WiFi tethering active

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. set WiFi tethering active
  2. airplane mode ON
  3. airplane mode OFF

EXPECTED RESULT:

The WiFi tethering shall return active like it was.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The WLAN raise up, instead but not its tethering.
