Since update to 5.1.0.8 i can’t install anything from OpenRepo. ![]()
I don’t see any new rpms following your link, latest is still from 2020. Look like your upload failed
Correct you are, I forgot to save! Please check again!
Via the openrepos client or with the RPM directly?
I was able to install the 32 bit version, but it does not launch, the app just vanishes from the home screen after the start animation (spinning circle)
Hmm i have not tested that; but there is no difference really to the 64 bit one (except the bit endianness). Which device did you use out of curiosity?
From openrepis client.
Edit: now it is possible again. After You updated the repository ![]()
I have an xa2 ultra with sfos5.0.0.76
I see; I am unable to test on armv7 unfortunately as my fierce old xperia died a few months ago ![]()
Well, I can wait another six weeks and test it with my then hopefully arrived jolla 2026
Hey! Thanks tortisedoc, I’ve been looking forward to trying out this app.
The 64 bit version on my X10IV is doing the same thing. When I launched it initially, I got a black screen with some text about the app and a couple of options etc., then I locked the screen to check out the quickbar itself on my lock screen, and when I unlocked the app was gone and trying to open it again just results in the spinning animation before it disappears. Quickbar is still on the lock screen but I don’t know how to get back in and play with the settings.
Also, the keyboard on the lock screen seems broken? I only see some of my top row of keys.
At any rate I will try to use the app over the next few days and see how I go! It seems interesting!
Wow - also a bug: If quickbar is running and you go into the events view on your homescreen to try to clear a notification (such as the one saying I had taken the screenshot in the above post) lipstick crashes. 15 seconds later the device comes alive again and quickbar is gone.
This bug is reproducible 100% of the time for me so far. If quickbar is running and I attempt to clear notifications, everything crashes. If quickbar is not running, clearing notifications works fine.
Same here (XA2 ultra, SFOS 5.1.0.8)
Yes, was able to reproduce on my 1O ii as well. Lets see if it shows how it’s caused!
