Potential US customers for new Jolla phone?

Hey everyone,

As I understand it, the latest Jolla phone that just released is only intended for sale in Europe. But I’m wondering if there is a grey market import option, so a fella like myself across the pond can snap one of these up? It looks like a gorgeous device.

Hi,

This has actually been discussed before. People in countries outside Europe can use certain shipping companies to order it to their own country. I’d recommend checking out this shipping company

I seriously doubt it would work on any U.S carrier. But if you wanted to use it on WiFi only I am sure there are ways to get one.

It should work on Tmobile and their mvnos. I ordered one via a parcel forwarding service from batch 3. I know that I have been able to use sfos on other phones with less compatible bands so I would have to imagine it would work.

I agree and would expect this phone to work in North America on a network or two.
