Absolutely! Whoever developed this command must have been a true genius.
I can now install any update on my device, regardless of its size. Moreover, the device performance changes back to like it was on the very first day. Simply amazing! 
If really so super effective, this commands should be implemented as cron job.
I just guess, but I can imagine that if they are executed regularly (daily?), you will any day have a fresh and snappy system …
