There’s always someone who isn’t satisfied with any solution. Would you rather wait for your white other half to be in stock so they could ship your phone to you then?
Or wait whatever fixes (the subboard) or additions they need to make to your phone until you get it?
They will contact you when they know when your phone is shipping, that is how it has worked before. For thousands of orders it’s difficult to keep everyone posted about exact dates, especially when the date your order is ready to be shipped is not known until closer to the actual date.
They did not made any promises when your phone is going to ship, they made a timeframe when it’s probably going to happen. So you are not missing any communication as such communication was never promised.
In general complaining a situation where you order something to a country that a product is not officially sold to is not a problem of the seller but a risk the buyer has taken.
