Did Zendesk send you a message that they send a direct request for payment?

I sent my JC2 to Tampere 31.10. via Posti. After more than a week the phone returned to me because of the recipient had not picked it up. I sent it back again 22.11. According to the tracking code, it had now been picked up. So far no information when JC2 comes back to me. And for all, I have paid two sendings and one refund fee to Posti.

Yes, after I requested

Any chance for a second batch of the C2?

This has been announced as planned by Jolla. See Sailfish Community News, 5th December 2024 - The next C2 batch

I guess it is official now, DHL lost the package. They don’t want to admit it in really but they had to agree that it is extremely unlikely that it will ever show up since the status is in transit since 11 of November 2024. Does anyone know if it is insured?

my experience:
send back to Jolla - November 12, 2024
receive from Jolla - January 27, 2025

*not living very far from Finland
**screen cover and protective sleeve as a bonus

never loose hope

My repaired phone has finally arrived in the UK and I have to pay customs again :frowning: that’s quite disappointing

Arrive very fast in Switzerland.
Weirdly, the customs sticker is missing on the package, so I don’t know (red / green sticker) whether or not I’ll be paying import taxes (in theory I should).

Jolla always set up 12345

Nigel F. would disapprove this post.

Yes, but after pwd change i am entering the new pwd twice.
Not 12345 first, then new pwd
Obviously i have no idea gmhow encrypting does work

Jolla sent me a link to claim my additional expenses.
but i did not take the money

It’s LUKS so the password is only giving access to the master key that was used to encrypt the disk and you can just replace or add new ones and because the device is “open” already you don’t need to type the old one.

Mine just arrived in London, waiting for Parcel Force to let me know how much duties I need to pay

Considering going to pick it up as it’s not that far.

Anyone could share how much duties they are paying?

Here is one persons experience with importing to UK:
