the package did not reach jolla and was sent back to austria
now it stucks somewhere …

hi, i bought my voucher in juli, didnt get any information to complete my payment to get my c2 since then.
what is the process?

I received my fixed phone.
Not able to test it yet for the coming weeks because I am traveling, but it great to see the progress. :slight_smile:

Would be helpful to know if I have to do something.
I mean this phrase:

" you who have order Jolla C2 but haven’t yet completed the payment process, now would be a good time to do it"

in my opinion, this reads like a request for me to take action. However, I am already expecting a direct request for payment by E-Mail, which has not yet been received.

It was announced that it will be soon available during the community meeting. You can only wait for now.

Well, after 3 weeks of waiting in customs my phone was released from customs in Helsinki (today) and was “not accepted in Tampere from the receipient” and now is being returned to sender. So my return to Jolla is being returned to me. Fun times :slight_smile:

Bad luck, had the same issue. Took 6 weeks to return to sender.
Now its at home again
The new Jolla address now includes a name.
But I won’t send it again during Christmas period

Mine included a name already with the address. Jolla replied to me that there are always people in the office so it’s a bit unclear of what happened with the Finnish post office in this occasion, they are looking into the matter. Let’s see when the phone will get back to me. Did you have to pay customs again? I am not expecting so but this is a crazy world we live in…

Did Zendesk send you a message that they send a direct request for payment?

I sent my JC2 to Tampere 31.10. via Posti. After more than a week the phone returned to me because of the recipient had not picked it up. I sent it back again 22.11. According to the tracking code, it had now been picked up. So far no information when JC2 comes back to me. And for all, I have paid two sendings and one refund fee to Posti.
