I have been looking at GitHub - mer-hybris/geoclue-providers-hybris and GitHub - mer-hybris/geoclue-providers-mlsdb too, although it would be much easier if Jolla updated geoclue.

Just poking around but there is: /usr/share/GConf/gsettings/geoclue which is minimal at best:

[org.freedesktop.Geoclue]
gps-baudrate = /apps/geoclue/master/org.freedesktop.Geoclue.GPSBaudRate
gps-device = /apps/geoclue/master/org.freedesktop.Geoclue.GPSDevice
