Would be possible to speed up the unlocking animation when fingerprint is used? On my 10II is kind of slow when the screen is turned on. Thank you!
Thats possible with mce. I think. If you want i can give you a command but just search in the values. …
EDIT: sorry i misread that. I thought you meant the animation from black when you turn it on. Im not sure abt the other one.
You understood right from the first time.
I found it and I set the timeout to 1second which is exactly what I want:
mcetool --set-blank-from-lockscreen-timeout=1
Thank you very much for the hint!
Is there any way to unlock the device on first scan of the fingerprint ? Its a bit annoying to require two scans
If you swype to a password input view, only one scan is required.
I have been using Xperia 10 VI on Android, where fingerprint scan is super fast, and believe me, that is much worse than having to scan twice. The amount of times my phone unlocked while I was putting it in my pocket and then it called someone or clicked stuff on the screen was surprising. Even when I forced it to first require me to press the button in the settings, it still happens too often.
So I really miss this SFOS bug/feature
Isn’t it a powersaving or driver feature though, that it can only read your fingerprint once the screen is on?
