FAQ (Wiki) Jolla Phone ordering process and e-mail reminder

I don’t remember seeing this discussed. The only official comment AFAIK is that Jolla’s responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered, in your case to the forwarding agent.

You could ask in the next Community Meeting, but do note that the deadline for new questions has just passed. If you’re lucky, there will be an answer anyway, otherwise you should check that your question is moved and appears below the announcement of the next meeting.
