[C2]Flightmode disables GPS

Why GPS couldn’t work like WLAN? When you enable Flightmode, everything gets turned off, but you can manually enable GPS again if you need it, without turning Flightmode off?

Fair enough.
What about RF sensitive people (don’t want to discuss if that’s only in their head or not or 5G paranoid or not) but still want to stay connected?

Either they switch on the Flight Mode to cut connections OR they stay connected. To have both at the same time is…well… a bit strange.
What was the case for inventing Flight Mode Option? - To have the ability to cut all connections with the single tap during the flight.

If someone is “RF-Sensitive”: He/she should disable all RF-devices which are not in use and use only that device which He/She need. But it has nothing to do with Flight Mode. Again: IMHO.

It is all in their head, no need to waste time on made-up issues.

maybe my examples were bad but I was just pointing that I can’t force my use cases and view to others:

Obligatory xkcd

You CAN re-enable the gps in flight mode, at least in gps-only mode of location settings. At least in sfos 4.5.x, (maybe there is a new bug in 4.6, i don’t know)

… and watch where you currently are at a moment on your flight.
