Birthdays of Fruux contacts are not displayed in the calendar

DESCRIPTION:

Birthdays of Fruux contacts are not displayed in the calendar.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Add Fruux account.
  2. Add new contact and save to Fruux. Add the contact’s birthday.
  3. Add new contact and save to Fruux. Add the contact’s birthday.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The calendar should include the dates of birth of existing and new contacts.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Only for the last new or edited contact, the birthday date can be displayed on the calendar. For the rest of Fruux contacts, the date of birth is not on the calendar.

I can confirm the behavior. I even created a third contact and the result is the same, only the last contact created has it’s birthday listed in the calendar but it gets even stranger. Upon reboot none of the three newly created contacts has it’s birthday listed in the calendar. All three contacts still exist in the people’s app and contain their respective birthday.

This could be the same bug as this: [4.0.1.45] Birthdays don't show up in calender and feed/events
I am confident that Jolla will have it fixed in future releases!
