One particular App that I miss for aarch64 is Safe by Kalle Lappalainen. It was available on the Nokia Store for N9, where I also registered for it, and he later released Safe Light on Store for (32bit) SailfishOS devices.
Afaik the source is not public, the app name is terrible for a search, my search-fu fails, so I cannot add the app to the wiki, as a link to source is required for that.
I have tried reaching the app author on the in-app provided e-mail, but so far without response. Also a search on his name did not provide any contact information. Do anyone have any contact with Kalle, and could possibly politely ask for a aarch64 update for Safe Light?
On the topic of “abandonned”: has SailPhoto been removed from the store? I was using it a week ago but had to remove it because of the 5.0.0.76 update (to free up space on root) and now I can’t seem to find it anymore?
it has been removed because of problems, but I have requested developer care to put it back twice (the second time when sailphoto was mentioned in the news letter a couple of months ago) …
It’s building up on github. I had to make some small changes, but it runs Release 2.0.0 · poetaster/petals · GitHub
Edit: It’s up on openrepos as qml only app, too.
One question about UI. Is it possible to make it relative to theme_pixel_ratio? I have 1.25 on 10 III and I think text in first image is doing that. Size is ok but wouldn’t mind if it was bigger. Compared to that everything else feels huge. Thinking something like more spacing between buttons.
So nothing to complain about just few minor tweak suggestion.
I just fixed the background animation and am working on some icon fixes so I’ll try to get it in. The animation fix is up on github and openrepos.
EDIT: gameover text fix is also up in 2.0.2.
Petals seens quite nice games, I just can’t figure out all the possible combinations and end up most of the time with 0 points xD would be amazing to have explanatory pictures in the how to play what are the possible combinations
