Cannot leave android apps in 4.2 after start

DESCRIPTION:

swiping from the vertical edge is not working directly after starting an android app

PRECONDITIONS:

have an android app, eg element.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. open app
2. swipe from the right edge repeatedly

EXPECTED RESULT:

leaves the app on first swipe

ACTUAL RESULT:

only reacting to swipes after couple seconds (~5-10)

seems to be fixed by now

This starts also on my device with that version.
Fix (for me), the more you get to the top of your device and doing the right to left swipe there, the better it works…
