Hello, I was in the same situation as you and this other thread saved me! At least to get general mobile connectivity back, except in AAS.
using the magic command it restores mobile data!
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.ofono /ril_0/context1 org.ofono.ConnectionContext.SetProperty string:Active variant:boolean:true
