DESCRIPTION:
If I’m on a call using the top speaker, you can sometimes hear a ‘clic’ or a ‘pop’ and the top speaker goes silent. I then need to continue the call using speakerphone, with the added problem that the other person can sometimes hear themselves. If I hang up and call again, it still doesn’t work. I’ve got to either restart or wait a few hours for it to work again.

- Call someone/receive a call
- Use the top speaker
EXPECTED RESULT:
The top speaker should emit sound consistently throughout the call.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The top speaker emits sound for a few minutes, then goes silent.
