DESCRIPTION:
I just noticed that all system notifications dissapear after an unknown time. For example no sound is played when plugging in a charger, receiving a message and so on. Playing audio using the media player works. There is also no on screen notification popup when receiving a message and the led also doesn’t signal anything.
PRECONDITIONS:
I haven’t found any cause that triggers this issue. I have this problem since i upgraded to 4.5. I tried severall reboots and shutdowns, the problem persists.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.Just use the phone normally

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Receiving system notifications on screen, audio is played and the led signals a new notification.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Nothing happens, messages arrive silently and can only be spotted in EventsView or via the icon on the lock screen. Receiving messages while using the phone shows no pop up either.
