Where is Sony Fastboot Driver?

The web page with Sony Fastboot Driver have disappeared. Does anyone know where it can be found?

Thank you. Unfortunately the .img file was not included after this move by Sony. Maybe a mistake from Sony. Luckily I had my old one from when I flashed my 10 II, so my son used that one on his 10 II.
