Unable to open the Swedish ICA Banken app as it requires Google Play Services also the Bankid app.
Not sure why you want to lump these two issues together.
If it is a workaround you want - just open https://privat.icabanken.se/logga-in/ in Firefox for Android then you can open the BankID app with the button instead of only having the QR code option as in the native browser.
