Not a lawyer. I read “not extended, not renewed, not affected due to resale”, to me it implies that it remains valid for the remaining time of the warranty.
All the different colors are manufactured in the same place. If I have understood it correctly (probably not), it is one assembly line (out of how many?) that had the problem with the gaskets. So you have as high chance as everyone else (every device is not affected, no matter the color or batch).
The 2 years is mandated by EU law and it is tied to the device, so it isn’t going anywhere if you buy it second hand. Having the receipt helps to determine the day the warranty started (and when it will end), but otherwise it doesn’t matter if you have it or not.
Not an answer to your questions, but don’t worry too much about your English skills. Just ask when you don’t understand. Most forum members speak English as a foreign language anyway.
Translation tools can be a great help, but be aware that they may change your posts in unpredictable ways. Sometimes the result is perfect English, but the meaning is not what you intended. People may then misunderstand, and the discussion may be confusing or frustrating to you.
Also, some languages have dedicated threads for those who speak e.g. German, Polish or Catalan (if I remember right). Such a thread for you mother tongue, if there is one, may be a place to get help.
On the other hand, it will be less accessible to other forum members. A good answer there will remain “hidden”, so for general issues English is better. Your effort to write in English is appreciated and it helps other members with the same question.
