The notification of an incomings emails is doubled

Hi, just asking for help. Every email I received has two identical notification. You can tap on any of these, both opens that email. When you delete that email, second notification remains and lead again to that email. It is the way to fix this. If yes, could someone write me step by step solution? Thanks.

What kind of mail provider do you use? Are you referring to the Jolla Mail app?

I have same issue with ProtonMail app. Maybe there is some notification setup doubled :person_shrugging:

Yes, jolla mail app. And only with this app…

I’d recommend you to remove your account and create again. If you’re motivated, you can collect some logs before with this tutorial Collect Email Logs | Sailfish OS Documentation
