Tap-to-wake doesn't always turn on the screen

DESCRIPTION:

The tap-to-wake feature on the new Jolla Phone often doesn’t seem to register the double tap. Sometimes it works after a second double tap, sometimes you need to do several more double taps before it finally notices.

PRECONDITIONS:

Have the screen turned off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Double tap the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The screen always turns on.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The screen sometimes turns on instantly, sometimes turns on with a noticeable delay (up to a second), sometimes only turns on after another double tap, and sometimes only turns on after several double taps.

Where do you enable this?

I don’t see anything matching in Settings app?

You don’t, it’s enabled by default. Just double tap the screen when it’s off!

When the time between the taps are too long it doesn’t work. Over one second seems to be to long thats my obversation.
