Mine has cracks on the backside. The battery is swollen and the phone behaves as people describe in this thread. I’ve created a Zendesk errand, but I know the waiting line is long.

Just to see the status of battery.
Same here, after my Initial bug report things have deteriorated continuously.
Three weeks ago I reported the batery unable to charge any more and when I took the phone out of its protective case to box it, I noticed the battery had swollen to a size I had not noticed a month ago.
