I had same issue I was using the wrong build. There are seperate builds for 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, the build not marked with a SF version is correct : harbour-storeman-0.2.2-1.armv7hl.rpm
But since you provide no error or output it hard to know if this is the actual issue.

currently there is no build for 3.4 available. My installation vanished with the update, so I need the new one, but the version for 3.3 I downloaded before doesn’t work. Is there some work in progress on the 3.4. version?

in your screenshot I see the same which I also see in openrepos, i.e. seperate builds for 3.2 and 3.3 but not for 3.4. Is the one without specifier the one for 3.4?
Ah, now I have read the comment correctly, there is a comma behind 3.4

I made the exact same mistake and felt just as silly so not to worry!
