SIM app not working when using dual sim

BUILD ID = OS VERSION (Settings > About product): 4.1.0.24
HARDWARE (XA2, X10, X10 II, …): Xperia 10 II dual sim
UI LANGUAGE: English

DESCRIPTION:

The SIM app does not work when using dual sim.

I am using BankID ( the mobile banking system used by the Banks in Norway) - which is a SIM application.
It works perfectly as long as I only use one sim card. (Telenor.)

When inserting sim card 2, the sim app stops working.
It cannot be opened, and does not work to login in online banking.

However sometimes it works until restart.

I have tested this on 2 x Xperia 10 II white, european version - with the same problem on both of them.

(However on a Xperia 10 II blue- Hong Kong version - it works.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Insert Sim 2
  2. Restart.
  3. Try using the BankID app

EXPECTED RESULT:

Does not work.

The least to expect when having provided of my time to try to help Jolla sorting errors in the software would be an recognition that the issue is registered.

And one would expect updates that either you could not resolve it, or you needed more information.

Not silence.

I hereby leave this forum and cancel my registration for it.
