I recently dug out my nexus 5 and found to my surprise that I managed to get sfos 4.4 on it last year. Battery performance was so bad I forgot about it. With a new battery it’s almost normal but fernschreiber drains it a lot. Does anyone else have a nexus 5 with sf? Is it possible to install without multiboot (seems so from this article https://doc.pegasi.fi/wiki/doku.php?id=tips_and_howtos:sailfish_on_nexus5&do=export_pdf but flashing from windows)? Is it possible to install new apps like yottagram/rooTelegram - both complain of missing packages? Is it possible to update sf version?
I have minimal requirements from a phone and I really like the size and feel of the nexus 5, if I could at least get a working messenger on it I’d use it.
