I cant find the OS to this model.
Its clearly supported, but i cant find the download link to this specific device.
Maybe someone on this forum knows it.

Jep.. i have. I can download the os to all other Xperia models, but not mine.
Got it now.. i just needed to activate free license.
Confirmed that ist works for Jolla software installation with buy “Free Trial for supported devices” for Xperia™ 10 V variant XQ-DC54 and then after the buy process to download the related 10 V software for installation and the package is not hiding any more). And then later use the commercial licence that I had bought already earlier.

FYI:
If you are about to install the Sailfish package to Xperia 10 V and you have Android 14 in system, do not check for latest Android 14 updates.
Sys update will propose Android 15 and only way to stop the Android 15 installation when you finally from android package id notice with google that oh no the latest update is really major upgrade to Android 15 and Sailfish flash files require that the level is max A14.
Do not press the restart, but go back to system settings and do full factory reset. That did put back my A14 in use and I was able to cancel the A15 upgrade and now not needed to reflash and downgrade the phone with sony emma tool from A15 to A14.

edit: It worked and adding now apps and Pispala 5.1.0.11 update coming - Kiitos Jolla team for the installing instructions and great work done. I’m upgrading from Sony Xperia 10 II
