Sailfish Just Stops Notifying

REPRODUCIBILITY: Low, <5% I think?
OS VERSION: 4.5.0.24 (has also happened on previous 4.5 patches)
HARDWARE: Xperia 10 II
UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION: I think? I never had this happen on previous phones

DESCRIPTION:

Eventually, Sailfish stops actually notifying system events via haptics and sound. There will no longer be a buzz when entering the pin, incoming phone calls will be silent and not vibrate even at the highest ringtone volume, etc. A reboot consistently fixes it.

PRECONDITIONS:

A working phone number, maybe.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Appears to happen with a low probability whenever a phone call (or maybe also an sms) is received.
Once triggered, receive a phone call.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The ringtone plays and the phone vibrates.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Neither of those happen, though the phone UI still comes up.

MODIFICATIONS:

N/A

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Not sure where the logs would be for connections to pulse/pipewire and vibration, I suspect they wouldn’t exist at all.

Going to try and get more details on this if I can get it to trigger again. This is a deal-breaker when I’m on call as I can’t just sleep through incidents.
