I am experiencing the following issues. My Sony XA2 is slowly developing problems—camera images are too dark (Android “OpenCam” runs without any problems). The call button does not always respond (Android App works fine), and there are a few other minor issues. My guess is that they are all software-related.
I wanted to reset or reflash my phone, but I no longer know the password for my Sailfish account, so I couldn’t activate Android Support reset. Unfortunately, the email server (to which the Sailfish account was registered) no longer exists, so I can’t reset my password. Now I write from another account.
I contacted Sailfish Support to request a password/email change, but unfortunately without success. My phone is currently still in use and logged in. Is there any way I can back up my account so I can reactivate it?
