so my brother recently broke his Xperia 10 III and now got a new one. We have contacted Zendesk to ask if it is possible to transfer the licence to the new phone. Now I know that Zendesk answers always take some time, so I ask here: what are your experiences with this? Is this generally accepted by Jolla or does he need to by a new licence?
Jolla transferred two licenses for me, once for a broken phone and once for a sold phone (XA2) with a transfer to a newly bought (XA2 plus). The last case was just couple of months ago. Describe your situation and there are really high chances that you will get the transfer.
