Tried all worarounds
Nothing helped

Should i leave this one open ?

As the post linked isn’t bug report and if you checked that there isn’t duplicate I would leave this one open.

Also a workaround is not a fix, so a bug report is still usefull

‘There is also this app to help with the issue:

Tried it
Did not help this time

You can try to visit http://neverssl.com in a browser (making sure to type in http://, else the browser will likely default to HTTPS, and fail because of the portal - make a bookmark for the next time).

Should give the same effect as the CPH app - showing a simple web page over a non-encrypted link that the portal can intercept and let you activate internet access.
