I’ve entered the discount code and It only discounts 99€ and muy reservation payment was 199€. I’ve written an email, but I’ve no answer, soI wonder if anyone from the team can answer me to tell me what can I do

All the pre-orders are for 99 EUR. If you had a memory addon (september-october batches), it’s on the top of the basic price.

Did you by any change order two phones? Then I would imagine that you get discount code per phone, which need to be used separately. Jolla will then bundle orders together. Could you verify, what did you actually preorder?

I forgot I’d ordered extra storage…
