Possibility to let some callers through in silent mode?

What the title says, I’d like to allow some specific callers to be able to ring me even in silent, basically what Do not disturb does on Android and (I think) iOS. As far as I noticed, Do not disturb on SFOS doesn’t mute incoming calls ringing.

Is there any way to do something like that? I don’t mind CLI solution.

Have you checked Personal Ringtones in OpenRepos?
I don’t use it and don’t know if it is compatible with current os versions, but I have understood that it could be used also for something like that.

I use Personal Ringtones on 4.4.0.72, XA2 and X… For a long long time…
